Fuselage Front Area Separation

After over 1,100hrs of flying and several thousand landings I noticed a crack staring to develop along both sides of the fuselage front part. Discussing this finding with several persons we realized the top and bottom sections of the fuselage were separating along the bonding area. It was noted that this bonding area size had been reduced from the original design and many people questioned if it had been reduced too much. We beefed up the area by injecting G-Flex into the separated sections then applying 6 plies of 9oz fiberglass to the separation. After 200hrs and over 150 landing, the crack has stopped growing and we feel the problem has been corrected.
